Personal Injury Paralegal Responsibilities: Conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Order, record and store client information. Qualifications: Previous experience as a paralegal. Experience in litigation, including preparing and going to trial. Experience with personal injury and/or insurance law. Ability to handle a significant case load. Familiarity with legal research. Ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Culturally competent to serve a client base who may not be from the United States and may not speak English.
