Paralegal/Paraprofessional The candidate should possess a paralegal studies degree/certification and have experience working with supervisory attorneys and nurse consultant in cases involving Michigan's No Fault Act and/or personal injury litigation. Court e-filing knowledge will also be helpful. The candidate will assist with drafting discovery responses, drafting pleadings, communicating with clients, drafting basic motions, scheduling depositions and drafting case evaluations.
