Legal Secretary The candidate will provide following duties: Inputting Edits into a Wide Variety of Legal Forms, Pleadings, Discovery Requests, Responses and Correspondence; Arranging Documents in the Proper Legal Format; Updating and Maintaining Case Files; Client Communications/Relations; Copying/Faxing Documents; Travel Research and Arrangements; Coordinating Meetings; Phone Coverage; Assembly of Materials and Files Necessary for Conferences, Depositions or Court; ECF Filing and Service; Follow-Up and Communication with Team. The candidate must have 1-2+ Years of Experience as a Legal Secretary/Administrative Assistant; Must have excellent Typing, Spelling and Transcription Skills; Must have strong Computer Skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Must have experience in creating Table of Authorities; Must have experience in creating Table of Contents; Must have excellent Proofreading Skills/ Attention to Detail; Must have knowledge of Standard Office Methods and Equipment; Must have ability to Maintain Strict Confidentiality; Must have ability to Manage Time and Tasks Effectively.
