Attorney The candidate will be drafting and filing court documents, taking and defending depositions, trying cases, interacting with clients, and negotiating settlements of personal injury matters. Direct mentoring with the Firm's partners who include, among other things, 2 law professors, 2 past presidents of the DC Trial Lawyer's Association, as well as winners of scores of advocacy awards is just one benefit our associates enjoy. 2+ years experience is preferred as is DC, MD and VA bar admission. We are particularly interested in candidates admitted to practice in VA. An ideal candidate will be one who enjoys educating clients, is comfortable advocating for others, and is not afraid of a courtroom.
