Litigation Paralegal (Trial and Appellate Group) The candidate will work for the Trial & Appellate Group. Primary responsibilities include organizing logistics for patent-based trials, maintaining litigation files, organizing exhibits, preparing case notebooks, preparing simple pleadings and litigation documents, preparing deposition binders and exhibits, cite checking pleadings, reviewing litigation production documents, and other litigation and trial support. Paralegal certificate preferred. Should have paralegal experience in patent litigation. 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal is required. Familiarity with patent litigation is preferred. Strong academic credentials and undergraduate degree preferred. Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
