Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be preparing mail and packages related to client matters. Will be hiring and working with service providers (messengers, process servers, etc.). Managing attorney calendars and booking travel, including calculating court deadlines. Will do maintenance of digital client files and preparation and implementation of proofs of service. Also do formatting and proofreading pleadings . Do preparation of binders for depositions and trial. The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate. 2-3 years experience working as a litigation legal secretary, assistant, or paralegal. Experience with ECF, PACER, and/or Lexis Advance. Skill in the use of software systems: Word, Adobe Acrobat DC, and Windows 10. Quick to learn new software or applications.
