Associate Attorney The candidate must have extensive litigation experience. Should be admitted to practice law in Connecticut. Admission in New York an asset. Job duties include: being involved in all facets of civil litigation, including communicating with clients, adversaries, and judicial personnel; conducting discovery proceedings and taking depositions; drafting complaints, motions, and other litigation papers; and appearing in court on conferences, motions, hearings, and trials. Experience in civil litigation is desirable. Familiarity with appellate practice is preferred. Application Deadline: December 27, 2018.
