Attorney, Contract Candidate will work independently to manage a percentage of a high volume caseload, representing parents and children in dependency and termination of parental rights hearings and trials. The work usually involves multiple court appearances per day, plus preparation. Will visit child clients in foster care or with their parents. Will attend meetings with DHS Child Welfare. Will engage in case planning activities and communicate with other parties via phone and email. OSB license is required. 1+ year of relevant experience is preferred. Spanish language skills are required.
