Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of each file, from start to finish, including contact with clients, insurance adjusters and medical professions. Organizing, coordinating and overseeing document review and production, including drafting requests for production, reviewing documents for privilege and drafting privilege logs. Reading medical records and drafting related correspondence. Trial preparation, including preparation of exhibits and documents for trial and providing assistance as needed. Monitoring and case management of litigation files, including tracking pertinent deadlines. Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments and manage multiple deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should have 5+ years of Oregon litigation experience.
