Legal Assistant Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities and skills include: Perform a full range of administrative tasks from case intake through matter resolution. Handling initial contacts with prospective clients, scheduling meetings, preparing Representation Agreements, sending out conflict checks, etc. Drafting, preparing, and distributing legal correspondence. Calendar management; Detail-oriented; Self-starter; Review and analyze emails and update transaction case list; Technical knowledge of computer software; Reviewing and formatting of legal documents; Occasional Electronically filing of documents with various courts (State & Federal) and governmental agencies; Must have 3 years of work experience as a Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal. Should have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and MS Word. Must have experience with client management (assist with building and maintaining quality client relationships).
