Associate Attorney The candidate will assist in the management of a large personal injury, no fault practice. Must have some litigation experience. Should have 1-4 years of experience. Knowledge of Michigan No Fault law PIP and 3rd Party is a huge plus. Must have knowledge of Discovery practices, Interrogatories, RPD, RTA and Depositions. Should have knowledge of Michigan Negligence law. Knowledge of civil case work up, file management required. Knowledge of witness investigation and interviews needed. Knowledge of of complaint drafting, service and filing required. Must have strong knowledge of discovery, interrogatories and depositions, both taking and defending. Must have knowledge of motion practice, draft response to MSD and other motions. Background must include BA or BS from accredited University and JD from Law School as well as license with the State Bar of Michigan.
