Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years experience in civil litigation. Prior insurance defense required. Experience in the areas auto negligence, insurance coverage and pre suit highly desired. Must be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing to be considered. Requirements: Stellar academic credentials; Excellent writing skills, as well as possess strong/persuasive oral advocacy; Licensed member of the Florida Bar and in good standing; Must be competent & proficient in the use of Word, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint & Excel; Duties: Draft/review substantive pleadings and motions; Respond to motions & discovery; Attend/chair hearings, depositions, mediations, meetings with clients, as well as negotiate settlements; Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients.
