Business Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years experience in business and employment immigration including H-1B, L-1, TN, J-1 Waiver, PERM and EB-5. Experience with O-1, EB-1, physician immigration (J-1 Conrad Waiver and physician NIW) a plus. Superior research, writing, case management, analytical and organizational skills required. Ability to prepare complex business non-immigrant and immigrant petitions, supervise paralegals and communicate effectively with clients is required. Must have exceptional client service and case management skills. Must have computer knowledge and ability to work with the firms database program. Must have trong writing and oral communication skills.
