Commercial Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will generate and revise lease drafts at a high-volume level. Analyze and review title and survey documents and prepare necessary documents to correct or clear title including applicable state recording law requirements. Maintain positive relationships with firm attorneys, co-counsel, clients and vendors. Keep accurate time records. Observe confidentiality of client matters. Must have Four year undergraduate degree and/or a paralegal certificate (ABA approved school preferred) both being a plus. Should have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications required.
