International Trade Paralegal The candidate will perform on-line and in-person filings before U.S. government agencies and in Federal Courts. Monitor filings of trade-related actions in the U.S. agencies and abroad. Draft/file routine applications and transmittal letters. Monitor public files at agencies and courts. Research and monitor trade-related news and proceedings (section 232, section 301, antidumping/countervailing duty). Maintain client case files. Maintain trade group calendar. Bachelor's degree with strong academic background is required.
