Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney The candidate will manage and advocate on a full caseload from assignment through completion. Will communicate effectively with team and clients. Effectively manage and lead own case management team to provide world-class customer service. Meet all expectations and goals as set by the company. Attend company and community events as a representative of the firm. Must have 3+ years of prior experience as a California applicant or defense attorney working all facets of a workers' compensation case, including conducting depositions, hearings, trials, and appeals. CA State Bar membership is required. A strong commitment to social justice, equity and mission to be the absolute industry leader in customer service and advocacy is needed. Availability and Willingness to travel (occasional overnight) to various boards in Northern California is essential.
