Business/Corporate Attorney The candidate will support our law firm on the wide range of legal issues that arise in clients business. Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients; Identify new business opportunities, develop own case load of clients and business; Manage cases to ensure completion, efficiency and accuracy of communication, documents and implementation. Must be a member of the Massachusetts State Bar or New York State Bar. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese language preferred, not required. Must have 1+ year experiences in the areas of representing private and public companies in mergers & acquisitions, start-ups, venture capital/private equity financings, IPOs and other public offerings, and general corporate matters.
