Legal Secretary - Labor and Employment and Litigation The candidate will support attorneys in connection with all aspects of case management. Will transcribe dictation, type, proofread and finalize legal documents, document production. E-Filing in state, federal and appellate courts. Maintain files or legal documents, reports. Maintain and enter time charges into the billing system. Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and conferences. Other duties as assigned. Must have 3-5 years of legal experience in a law firm environment. Labor and Employment and Litigation experience preferred. Exceptional technical skills required including knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, and Adobe Professional. Strong organizational, communication and client service skills is required.
