Legal Secretary The candidate should have 5+ years of office experience for established high volume practice. Will manage the Firms calendar Schedule deadlines, appointments and events, and follow up on deadlines to make sure deadlines are met; Coordinate time and location for mediations or final hearings; Answer high volume of telephone calls with professionalism; Operate office equipment such as copy/scan machines; Additional secretarial or clerical tasks as directed. Must be fully bilingual (English/Spanish) and be comfortable with high volume of phone calls in both languages.Full professional proficiency in both languages, written and verbal. Computer proficient (Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook; MyCase; TimeMatters and Adobe). Attention to detail and excellent typing skills. Must be able to multitask and work in a fast pace environment.
