Paralegal - Professional Liability The candidate will assist a variety of attorneys during the entire litigation process, subject to the supervision of the attorney responsible for the matter. Will support all facets of discovery, trial preparation, expert witness research, medical record procurement, preparation of medical record summaries and chronologies, court filings, document management and production, and exhibit preparation. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree (ABA approved paralegal certificate a plus), trial experience, and exceptional communication and organizational skills. Must have 5+ years of insurance defense experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, PDF, and Lexis Advanced essential. Knowledge of the PA Rules of Civil Procedure and court systems is a must, with a strong preference for knowledge of the state and federal courts in Pennsylvania. Must have prior billing experience.
