Paralegal / Personal Injury Paralegal / Legal Assistant Duties : Will conduct research to support legal proceedings. Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents. Must know how to prepare a POP, file lawsuits, answer discovery, etc. Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes. Monitor and keep attorney's calendar current. Record and store client information. Handle 80-100 cases in litigation. Requirements : The candidate should have previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field, prefer experience in Personal Injury. Familiarity with legal research. Must have ability to prioritize and multitask. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Deadline and detail-oriented.
