Personal Injury Paralegal (Pre Litigation) Russian Speaking Duties: Set up claims, investigate & confirm insurance coverage. Monitor No Fault benefits (inclduing lost wages), IMEs, treatment. Obtain & organize medical records, prepare specials packages. Communicate with medical providers & insurance companies. Heavy client contact. Qualifications: 3 years of relevant plaintiff s personal injury experience a must. Ability to handle a caseload from inception through initial stages of litigation. Must be detail oriented, able to follow up, be responsible for his/her own work product. Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin a plus. Knowledge of Lex PI a plus. Excellent communication & people skills are a must.
