Immigration Attorney The candidate will exposed to all areas of family and removal based immigration, asylum, naturalization and federal court litigation. Representation of clients before the administrative immigration agencies including the USCIS, the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals as well as the Federal District Courts and Courts of Appeal. Drafting of legal documents, petitions and forms in business, family and removal cases. Gathering of evidence in support of applications, petitions and relief from deportation. Frequent (daily) client contact with a wide variety of clients from all over the world. Proficient Spanish Speaking Required. Must have 2 years of immigration law experience. Must have acumen for marketing and business development. Excellent analytical, oral and writing skills are required. Must be comfortable with billing and collections procedures.
