Senior Immigration Paralegal The candidate work includes preparing and filing petitions and other forms, from A to Z. Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate required. Strong computer, customer and writing skills required. Must have experience with INSZoom. Should have expertise working with H-1B RFE responses, PERM Audit responses which includes communicating with employees, coordinating with vendors and other teams to collect the required documents, consult attorney as required ensuring timely filings. Should have 10+ years of experience working on Non-Immigrant petitions specifically H-1B Visas and L-1 Visas processing.
