Part-time Contract Labor and Employment Paralegal The candidate will provide assistance to the attorneys during all phases of the litigation process, including document management and review, preparation of discovery pleadings, and support during trial in Federal and State Court. Must have 8 years of related experience and/or training (preferably in labor and employment); or equivalent combination of education and experience is desired. Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, and have experience in litigation and legal matters. Must have excellent computer and writing skills.
