Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have a Paralegal certificate. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have 2+ years of civil litigation experience with an emphasis on written discovery, file organization and summarization, gathering and summarizing medical records, and assisting with pleadings. Should have experience with e-filing. Should also have trial experience. Must have experience with trial presentation software. Should have experience with large document control and organization. Must be detail-oriented with strong computer skills, including familiarity with eDiscovery platforms. Must have excellent communication and organizational abilities. Must be a team player and a self-starter. Should be organized, professional, reliable and committed to helping the firm meet all of the clients' needs.
