Drug Development Attorney The candidate will assist clients secure FDA approval for new drugs by leveraging legal expertise of the approval standards in the FDC Act and implementing regulations to overcome potential regulatory or scientific impediments. Strong verbal and writing skills are required, as well as a detailed understanding of FDA and the regulatory process. Must be members of the DC Bar or eligible to waive in.
