Trademark Paralegal The candidate will handle all areas of U.S. trademark prosecution and maintenance matters. Assist with trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Correspond and manage foreign trademark prosecution and maintenance matters. Conduct preliminary trademark screenings. Investigate potential infringements and provide litigation support. Maintain clients intellectual property dockets. Work closely with attorneys and other paralegals on other projects. Should have Undergraduate degree. Prior trademark experience preferred. Should have technology-oriented mindset with experience in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
