Legal Secretary/Assistant The candidate must have 5 to 7 years experience in insurance defense litigation. Experience with filing in state, federal courts and e filing is needed. Must be detailed oriented, able to work with little supervision, excellent grammar skills, calendaring, knowledge of court rules and e-filing, etc., transcription. Should be proficient in Word. Conveniently located for train and bus transportation.
