Associate Attorney - Litigation Candidate must be admitted to one of the following state bars: Virginia, Maryland, DC, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, or Georgia, in good standing with no disciplinary history. Legal experience in federal and state court litigation is preferred. Previous experience in law is preferred. Familiarity with various legal documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be within reasonable commuting distance, be willing to work independently as well as in a team, demonstrate exceptional research and writing skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of projects.
