Associate Attorney The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience as an attorney with some experience with federal procedure and federal litigation. Must have some knowledge of e-discovery. Position requires management of large caseloads and ability to delegate caseloads to law clerks. Should have knowledge of general immigration law and more specifically, employment-based immigration and business immigration is preferred. Must have knowledge of business formation, business disputes, variety of litigation and transactional issues, will need to counsel individuals and businesses on an array of organizational questions, planning matters, and negotiating contracts. Should be compatible with a wide variety of different areas of law and willing to perform the research in order to better comprehend the legal issues. Must be admitted to the State of Illinois Bar.
