Corporate/Real Estate Paralegal The candidate will assist attorneys in finance, mergers and acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, securities filings, diligence (including UCC and IP lien) review, preparation of schedules and exhibits, closings, and other transactional work. Must be a transactional paralegal with 10+ years of law firm experience. Big law experience is a plus. Should preferably have experience in corporate, finance and real estate matters, including entity formation, drafting entity documents, governance, and state, and federal filings. Knowledge of relevant California and Delaware corporate law is required.
