Associate Attorney - Civil Litigation The candidate should have 3+ years of civil litigation experience in both State and Federal courts. Must have strong research and writing skills with solid experience in drafting motions and briefs, and all aspects of discovery and civil procedure. Experience with business litigation, employment litigation, and/or real estate litigation is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
