Part-time Paralegal Intern The student will handle extremely diverse case load, with an emphasis on the following: (1) Personal Injury and Medical Malpractice;(2) Article 78 Cases(3) Injunctions and TRO's against city and federal agencies (outside of the Article 78 realm);(4) Election Law;(5) Contract Disputes;(6) Workers Compensation. Work on criminal cases, as well as matrimonial and other family law cases on behalf of clients. Must be able to start work part-time before the summer, but all applicants are welcome. Must be able to do legal writing.
