Paralegal certificate (ABA Approved Program) is needed. 2 years of litigation experience required (Insurance Defense and/or Medical Malpractice experience preferred). Prepare subpoena requests to copy services and update records log. Prepare Motions in Limine. Prepare pretrial documents (witness list, exhibit list, statement of the case, jury instructions, etc.).
