Legal Secretary The candidate will focus on business, real estate and probate and trust matters. Interact with clients, creation/maintenance of files, maintaining court calendars (hearing dates, discovery schedules and deadlines), state court filings & county recordings (eFiling and service of process), drafting (retainer agreements, correspondence, deeds, business entity documents), photocopying, scanning, and sorting incoming mail. Computer experience in Outlook and Word required. Computer experience in TABS/Practice Master, OneLegal, and Worksite/iManage helpful, but not required. Good sense of humor important. California Notary Public preferred.
