Litigation Paralegal The candidate will take ownership of files from opening through trial and/or appeals. Should preferably have High school or equivalent education. Must have 5+ years of experience in bodily injury defense litigation. Experience of 5 years in Paralegal is needed. Experience of 5 years in Microsoft Office is preferred. Trial experience a plus. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and Imanage document management system is a plus. Ability to properly keep and bill time to insurance companies is preferred.
