Legal Secretary Duties: providing attorneys with litigation, transactional and administrative support including preparation of legal documents, drafting memos and correspondence, scheduling and calendaring meetings, and assisting with the opening and closing of matters. Qualifications: 5+ years of legal secretary experience, including litigation, e-discovery and extensive experience with Word and Outlook. Excel and timekeeping software experience is a plus. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
