Seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-2 years of experience in litigation. Candidate will draft pleadings and discovery, attend mediation, argue motions, and go to trial. Will responsible for working directly with our clients, witnesses, investigators, opposing counsel, Guardian ad Litems, and mediators. Other areas of experience would be a plus. Must have a Georgia State Bar License and be in good standing. Must be an organized, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude, desire to learn, easy ability to work with others and a strong desire to help others. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook, and experienced in legal research.
