Family Law Paralegal The candidate must have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in family law (divorce, custody, child support, adoption, alimony, equitable distribution, wills, trusts, etc). Will hit the ground running and must be willing to go the extra mile and provide the highest level of competence and client service. A positive attitude is a must as are interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Being a team player is an absolute must This position requires self-motivation, hard work and attention to detail. Must have family law experience, and strong knowledge of local family court rules, drafting skills and ability to interact and communicate with attorneys, clients, and team members with the upmost professionalism.
