Legal Secretary, Media and Entertainment The candidate will be responsible for supporting transactional entertainment attorneys who work closely with agents, studio executives, producers, writers, and directors. Will be rolling calls, correspondence (email, FedEx, letters, etc.), drafting/ editing/ filing legal documents and contracts, managing multiple attorney calendars via MS Outlook, reconciling check requests, arranging travel, scheduling meetings, general admin, and other duties as assigned. Agency training is a plus. Should have Bachelor s degree, preferably in film, communications, or a related field. Must have a passion for the entertainment industry and an excellent command of the English language. Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe suites highly preferred. Prior entertainment industry experience is required (internship experience is acceptable). Prior legal experience is a plus.
