Associate Attorney - Collections Candidate will be working primarily on consumer and commercial collection matters. Will entail managing cases from inception to completion, reviewing court pleadings, and court attendance. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with JD Degree required. Admission to practice law in the states of Oregon, admission in Washington and Alaska is preferred. Previous experience in litigation, collection law preferred. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred. Ability to manage and prioritize large caseload.
