Family Law Paralegal The candidate should possess a paralegal certificate or degree, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Job duties include, without limitation, drafting of pleadings, assisting attorneys with discovery process and trial preparation, and significant client contact. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Litigation experience preferred. Prior experience in family law and ability to speak multiple languages a plus.
