Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be maintaining files and data bases, organizing information, performing factual research, facilitating court filings, supporting lawyers during the evidentiary processes and trial preparation, and assisting at trial. Candidates must also have strong cite-checking skills, experience with Relativity and similar eDiscovery databases and processes, and strong technical expertise with standard office applications and programs (e.g., Microsoft Office). Trial experience required. Should be an experienced litigation paralegal with trial experience to support the firm's litigation practice. Should have 3 years of paralegal experience and possess a four-year degree and/or paralegal certification with strong academic credentials. Should have strong initiative, excellent organizational and technical skills, attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
