Immigration Paralegal The candidate will prepare a full range of immigrant, nonimmigrant, and immigration court-related forms and pleadings. Experience with USCIS, EOIR, & DOS forms is a must. Must be able to handle a large volume of cases in a fast-paced environment. Should have proficiency in Word, Outlook, and an immigration case management system (such as Immigration Tracker or INS Zoom). Spanish language ability is a plus.
