Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will manage a case load comprised of both Pre-litigation and Litigation cases. Conduct depositions. Negotiate with Insurance Adjusters and Opposing Council to obtain maximum case values for our clients. Maintain regular and comprehensive communication with our clients. The candidate should have experience in Personal Injury Attorney to handle personal injury claims, both prelitigation and litigation cases. Must have 2 years' experience handling personal injury claims. Experience should include all phases of prelitigation and all phases of litigation, including taking depositions, answering discovery and jury trials. Illinois license is a must. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications required. Strong negotiation skills required. Ability to manage time and case load required. Juris Doctor Degree required. Illinois State Bar License required. 2 years of Personal Injury Law practice required.
