Primary responsibilities will be creating and maintaining corporate entities to include LLC, LLP, PA, LLLP, and PLLC. Must have knowledge in preparing mergers, conversions, reorganization and assigning ownership. Paralegal Certificate preferred. 2 years experience is preferred.
