Pre-litigation Paralegal / Case Manager Responsibilities: Opening and handling files from pre-litigation through demand phase. Daily client interaction. Setting-up insurance claims. Monitoring client medical treatment. The candidate must have 3-5 years' pre-litigation personal injury/experience in auto accidents; experience with a Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey law firm. Must have a willingness to be a voice for accident victims. Experience in pre-litigation.
