Foreclosure First Legal Paralegal The candidate should have significant experience in complaint preparation and the first legal process. Will be responsible for preparing assignments of mortgage, note certifications, preparing and sending complaints for filing. Must have strong customer service skills and be able to respond to client requests via phone, client systems and email in a timely manner. Must have High school diploma or equivalent. Should have 5+ years complaint experience in a foreclosure firm setting. Must have ability to request and follow up on needed documents. Should have Strong computer skills: familiarity with CaseAware, LPS (Black Knight), Lenstar and Tempo helpful.
