Consumer Financial Services - Attorney The candidate should have strong academic and professional credentials. Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar. 1-2 years of litigation experience is preferred. Experience with the fair debt collection practices act, the fair credit reporting act, the telephone consumer protection act and/or admission to other Bars a plus.
